We regularly get enquiries for Dell Quay boats but currently only produce the Sportsman 15.

Originally foam filled these practical, cathedral hulled boats had legions of fans due to their ease of use and much acclaimed ‘unsinkability'.

As a younger I put the latter claim to the test and was victorious but was too young to understand the implications of my actions!!

The little 13 was by far the most popular with hardly a club in the land without one as a rescue boat or tender. Thousands were made, but sadly most are well past their sell by date and the foam that once kept them so buoyant has deteriorated and now acts like a sponge turning them into veritable anchors.

We have considerd bringing the boat back into production but costs will probably be prohibitive.  However, we may be able to offer an alternative.  At the recent Southampton Show I was speaking to our friends at Kruger Boats and they offer the fabulous little Mariner 400.  Definitely shades of the 13 Dell Quay.
